Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our team. Duties

Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and cater to the diverse needs of students. Employ effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere. Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey. Foster an inclusive environment that encourages participation from all students, promoting teamwork and collaboration. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance, behaviour, and any concerns that may arise. Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and enhance the overall educational experience within the school community. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.

Experience

A degree in Education or a related field, with a focus on Primary QTS qualification Proven experience in teaching at the elementary level is highly desirable. Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to create an engaging learning environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues. A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in young children.
