Salary: 125-232.57 per day (Depending on experience and/or qualifications)

About the role

Source Supply are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic

Year 3/4 Teacher

to join a welcoming primary school in Chesterfield. This is a

full-time maternity cover position,

starting in

January 2026

and running until

July 2026

, with the possibility of extension.

The school is a

small, friendly primary

that forms part of a

large multi-academy trust.

The successful candidate will teach a

mixed Year 3/4 class

with a range of learning abilities. We welcome applications from both

experienced teachers

and

Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

Requirements

Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications and training. All successful applicants will:

- Hold qualified teacher status (QTS).

- Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.

- Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.

- Be comfortable delivering their own and pre-set lesson plans to range of children, dependant on the requirements of the school.

- Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.

- Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
