Synergy Education are looking to recruit Teachers for the Torfaen area on short term and long term positions.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for young learners. As an Elementary School Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of your students, helping them to develop both academically and socially. Your ability to communicate effectively and educate diverse groups of children will be essential in this role.

Duties

Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to the varying needs of students. Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement. Utilise behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning. Assess student progress regularly through various methods, providing feedback to students and parents. Foster relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support the educational journey of each child. Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience within the school. Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and incorporate innovative teaching methods into your practice.

Experience

A relevant degree in Education or Early Childhood Education is preferred. Proven experience in teaching or working with children in an educational setting is advantageous. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues. Demonstrated ability in behaviour management techniques that promote a respectful learning environment. A genuine passion for educating young children and contributing positively to their development.
