We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our vibrant educational community. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, implementing effective behaviour management strategies, and nurturing the academic and social development of students.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver creative and engaging lesson plans that meet the curriculum requirements. Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration. Implement behaviour management techniques to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere. Assess and track student progress, providing feedback to students and parents as necessary. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and share resources. Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to build strong relationships within the school community.

Experience

A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in teaching or working with young children is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students and their families. Ability to implement behaviour management strategies that promote a positive learning environment. A genuine passion for teaching and the ability to inspire young learners. Pay: 20.00-22.15 per hour
