Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
is essential.
A degree or PGCE in Primary Education or a related subject.
Previous experience in a primary school setting is advantageous.
Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
A commitment to inclusive education and continuous improvement.
