Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum. Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners. Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues. Maintain a well-managed and inclusive classroom environment. Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback to support learning. Collaborate with school staff to contribute to a cohesive learning experience. Participate in professional development and school initiatives.

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

is essential. A degree or PGCE in Primary Education or a related subject. Previous experience in a primary school setting is advantageous. Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. A commitment to inclusive education and continuous improvement.
