Monitor student progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement. Implement behaviour management techniques to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning. Collaborate with other educators and staff to share best practices and contribute to school-wide initiatives. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.

Requirements

A degree in Education or a related field with a focus on Early Childhood Education is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students and their families. Experience or knowledge in behaviour management techniques is essential for maintaining classroom discipline. A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young minds, with the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
