Job Description

A primary school in the Mansfield area is looking to appoint a qualified teacher to join their staff team from September. This is a full-time teaching role within a supportive setting, with potential for a longer-term placement depending on performance and school needs.

About the Position:

This role is well-suited to someone with recent experience teaching in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2. You'll be responsible for delivering curriculum content, managing classroom routines, and contributing to the wider school environment. A fixed-term start with the potential to become ongoing.

Key Tasks:

Prepare and deliver effective lessons tailored to the needs of all learners Monitor pupil progress and maintain accurate records in line with school systems Support a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment Liaise with parents and colleagues to promote positive outcomes Uphold school expectations and contribute to a consistent ethos

What We're Looking For:

UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Up-to-date experience working in a UK primary classroom Secure knowledge of the national curriculum Able to manage classroom behaviour in a calm and consistent manner Reliable, flexible and committed to high standards
