Primary Teacher

Location: Sheffield

Salary: 130 - 232 per day (Depending on experience and/or qualifications)

Contract: Long Term Supply

About the role

Source Supply are recruiting for a Primary Teacher for a primary school in Sheffield. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled practitioner who is passionate about supporting pupils with a range of additional needs within a nurturing, inclusive environment. The role is a full-time requirement from January 2026 until July 2026 although the school have said they could reduce the role to 4 days if required.

The successful candidate will:

Demonstrate patience, empathy and a commitment to inclusive education.

Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Have experience working with pupils with SEND either in a mainstream or specialist setting.

Requirements

Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications and training. All successful applicants will:

Hold qualified teacher status (QTS).

Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.

Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.

Be comfortable delivering their own and pre-set lesson plans to range of children, dependant on the requirements of the school.

Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.

Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
