Person Specification:
Holds QTS (ECTs warmly encouraged to apply)
Dedicated, professional, and demonstrates excellent classroom practice
Holds a relevant teaching qualification and a strong understanding of the primary curriculum
Shows leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire pupils
Has a passion for primary education and fostering enthusiasm for learning
Committed to continuous professional development and contributing to school-wide initiatives
Experience with curriculum planning, assessment, and delivering high-quality learning experiences
Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across the primary curriculum
Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons that inspire, challenge, and support all pupils
Assess, track, and report on pupil progress, using data to inform next steps
Support colleagues and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Work closely with senior leadership to implement school-wide teaching and learning strategies
Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider community
Promote enrichment opportunities that enhance the children's learning experiences
