Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Engaging Lessons

: Plan and teach inclusive, stimulating lessons tailored to varied learning styles.

Encourage Curiosity and Growth

: Inspire pupils to explore, question, and develop independent thinking.

Build Strong Connections

: Collaborate with parents, carers, and colleagues to support pupil development.

Create a Positive Learning Environment

: Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a focused classroom.

Monitor and Support Progress

: Assess pupil achievements and provide constructive feedback.

Champion Inclusive Education

: Ensure every child feels valued, safe, and encouraged to participate.

Collaborate and Grow

: Work closely with school teams and engage in ongoing professional development.

Safeguard Pupils

: Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and child protection in line with school and statutory policies.

What We're Looking For:

A recognised degree or PGCE in Primary Education.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

- essential. Proven classroom experience (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong classroom and behaviour management abilities. A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young learners. Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. Willingness to undergo an

Enhanced DBS check

or provide a current certificate.
