A primary school in the Worksop area is looking to appoint a qualified teacher for the start of the new academic year. This full-time post offers the chance to work within a well-established setting, with the possibility of a longer-term or permanent role following an initial placement.

Role Overview:

The school is seeking a teacher with experience in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 who can deliver effective, engaging lessons and support pupil progress. The position requires a proactive individual able to contribute positively to the classroom and wider school environment.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver lessons in line with national curriculum requirements Track pupil development and maintain clear, accurate records Establish a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere Work closely with staff, parents, and carers to promote learning and wellbeing Contribute to the school's culture, routines, and shared goals

Person Specification:

Holds UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Recent experience teaching within a UK primary school Strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 curriculum Confident in managing classroom expectations and behaviour Reliable, adaptable, and committed to delivering high standards
