settings.

Key Responsibilities
Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils, including those with additional learning needs.
Assist with classroom management and the preparation of learning materials.
Promote positive behaviour and encourage children's social and emotional development.
Contribute to creating a safe, caring, and stimulating learning environment.
About You
Experience working in a
Primary
or
SEN
setting (school, nursery, or childcare experience desirable).
A nurturing, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting children's learning.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A valid
Enhanced DBS
on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, Childcare, or equivalent) are an advantage but not essential.
