Full Time | January Start | 89 per day
A friendly, community-focused primary school in Crawley is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support learning across KS1 or KS2. The school is known for its positive culture, supportive staff and excellent SEND provision. You'll be working closely with class teachers to help pupils access learning, build confidence and make progress.
You will:
Support groups and individuals with classwork Adapt resources for SEND learners Provide feedback to the class teacher Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
You need:
Previous experience working in a primary school Confidence supporting learners with a range of needs A DBS on the Update Service and safeguarding training * A positive, patient and calm approach
