90-105 per day (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications)

About the role

Whether you're an experienced Primary Teaching Assistant or bring experience from a childcare setting, Heart of Supply is looking for enthusiastic, caring individuals who want to make a genuine difference in primary schools.

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting learning, building confidence, and helping children feel safe, supported, and valued. Your patience, empathy, and enthusiasm will help shape positive classroom experiences, and sometimes transform a child's entire day.

No two days are ever the same. From encouraging independence to offering one-to-one support, your impact will be felt far beyond the classroom.

What you will need

Experience supporting children in a school, nursery, or education-based setting A kind, confident, and calm approach, with a genuine passion for helping pupils succeed The ability to follow a teacher's lead while using your initiative to support individuals and small groups Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A flexible and proactive attitude, ready to step into different classrooms and year groups Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable
