Are you passionate about education and helping primary school learners reach their full potential? Greater Depth Education, a leading provider of tutoring services in Leicester, is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic part-time tutors to join our team. We specialize in providing high-quality tutoring to children from Year 1 to Year 6, focusing on building a strong foundation in both Maths and English.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Engaging Lessons:

Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions tailored to the needs of students in Year 1 through Year 6.

Travel to Students:

Be willing and able to travel to various locations in and around Leicester to conduct tutoring sessions at students' homes or designated study spaces.

Assess and Support Learning:

Regularly assess students' progress, identify areas for improvement, and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.

Maintain Records:

Keep detailed records of each student's progress and communicate this effectively with parents and our educational coordinators.

Inspire Confidence:

Build positive relationships with students to foster a love for learning and self-confidence in their abilities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum Education:

Must have a GCSE in both Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above).

Experience:

Previous experience in tutoring or working with children is highly desirable.

Transportation:

Must have reliable transportation to travel to various tutoring locations across Leicester. Driving license and access to your own transport is desirable.

Availability:

Flexible availability, including afternoons and weekends, to meet the scheduling needs of our students.

Skills:

Strong communication skills, patience, and a passion for working with young children.
