Responsibilities:

Deliver personalised tutoring sessions in core subjects (e.g., English, Maths, Science) to primary students in the specified areas and surrounding villages. Design engaging and effective lesson plans tailored to meet the individual needs of each student. Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and parents. Maintain active and effective communication with students, parents, and the Alpha Tutoring team.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification:

Experience in primary education preferred; teaching qualification is beneficial but not mandatory.

Commitment to Students:

Dedication to fostering independent progress and achieving educational goals with students is essential.

Full DBS Check:

Proof of a current DBS certificate is required, or a willingness to obtain a DBS check.

Subject Expertise:

Solid understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching methods.

Teaching Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire young learners.

Passion:

A genuine passion for teaching and empowering young students.

Location:

Ability to travel within the Abingdon, Wallingford, Wantage, and Didcot areas (and smaller surrounding villages).

Full Clean Driving Licence Required
