Service Care Solutions is working alongside a forward-thinking local authority , based in Northampton , which is seeking a Principal Adult Social Care Solicitor to join their team and make a real difference to the community. Salary: 55,036 - 58,879 per annum Hours: Full Time, 37 hours per week Location: Northampton (with flexible/agile working) Key responsibilities of the Principal Adult Social Care Solicitor role: Provide specialist legal advice and representation on complex adult social care cases. Support and deputise for the Head of Legal (People) when required. Work closely with senior officers, elected councillors, committees and partners. Champion service transformation, digital innovation and income generation opportunities. Must have criteria: 5+ years of PQE in Adult Social Care Law in England and Wales (hold a current practicing certificate). Strong communication, influencing and research skills. The ability to work flexibly and under pressure, delivering to deadlines. Experience of managing and developing people and resources (desirable).
