The Opportunity

We're hiring an accomplished

Principal AI Solutions & Integration Engineer

to strategically integrate and optimize existing Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced AI services. This high-impact role is central to our AI strategy. You'll build and deploy an AI solution that acts as an authoritative expert, providing highly accurate answers and sophisticated decision support.

existing PHP Laravel application

Key Responsibilities

AI Model Integration & Optimization:

Lead assessment, selection, and integration of existing LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). Optimize LLM API interactions via

prompt engineering

and

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

for domain-specific capabilities.

Data-Centric AI Integration:

Lead data strategy for preparing high-quality datasets for AI models. Implement robust data pipelines to optimize AI solution performance.

Production AI Systems:

Architect and maintain scalable, high-performance AI systems leveraging external LLMs for production deployment. Ensure reliability and security through testing and monitoring.

Enterprise Integration:

Design robust

API integrations

connecting AI solutions with our

PHP Laravel application

. Ensure secure, asynchronous data exchange.

AI Agent Evolution:

Drive AI solution evolution into intelligent agents, automating workflows and decision-making. Explore advanced techniques like tool use and function calling.

Technical Leadership:

Provide guidance, mentorship, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.

Continuous Innovation:

Stay current with Generative AI, LLM, and AI agent advancements.

Required Qualifications

Education:

Master's in CS, ML, AI, or related (Ph.D. preferred).

Experience:

8+ years in AI/ML development, with

4+ years focused on integrating, optimizing, and deploying Generative AI, LLMs, or AI agent solutions

.

Proven Track Record:

Successfully designed and deployed complex AI/ML solutions in production, particularly integrating existing LLMs for domain-specific applications.

Technical Expertise:

Exceptional

Python

proficiency. Extensive experience with

LLM integration, prompt engineering, and RAG

. Strong

Natural Language Processing (NLP)

background. Proficiency in robust

API integrations

(AI models to web apps). Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals and

MLOps/DevOps

(version control, containerization, CI/CD). Experience with major cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

PHP Laravel Integration:

Significant hands-on experience with

PHP and Laravel

for API integration.

Skills:

Superior analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in

conveyancing

or highly regulated industries. Multi-modal data integration. Familiarity with LangChain, Pinecone, ChromaDB. Ability to lead and mentor. Contributions to open-source AI, publications, or patents.
