We're an established structural and civil engineering consultancy based in South West London, with a strong reputation for high-quality work and lasting client relationships. Our portfolio includes bespoke residential projects (both new builds and refurbishments), schools, commercial buildings, and community spaces--with values up to 10m. Much of our work comes from repeat clients and referrals, which reflects the trust we've built over time.

What you'll be doing:

Leading projects from day one--client contact, site visits, concept design, and delivery Mentoring and supporting junior engineers and technicians Working alongside the MD and senior team members to shape the future of the practice Contributing to business growth and development Design involvement in various and interesting schemes Producing calculations, reports, and inspections while collaborating directly with architects, contractors, and homeowners

What we're looking for:

Chartered or near-Chartered status (IStructE or ICE) Excellent communication skills and confidence in leading projects and representing the practice Strong technical ability across all main materials (steel, concrete, timber, masonry) A hands-on engineer who enjoys varied and challenging projects An interest in shaping a growing company--with potential for near-future Directorship Proficiency in structural design software and preferably AutoCAD
