45,000 - 65,000 (Negotiable depending on level and experience)

The Role:
You will become a Principal Civil Engineer in Bristol, working on iconic projects across various sectors such as data centres, conservation and heritage sites, education and healthcare schemes, housing regeneration, and luxury developments. Your role will involve leading design delivery programs, ensuring effective communication within the project team, and planning schedules and resources appropriately. You will also support and mentor other engineers and technicians in developing design and project information.
The Right Fit:
You will have extensive experience in SuDS, FRA's, and engaging with Local Drainage Authorities, as well as leading and managing civil design projects. Your responsibilities will include developing delivery programs, coordinating project teams, planning schedules and resources, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget. Experience with SAB Authorities and designing SuDS in Wales is beneficial.
Your experience will include:

• Effective utilization of resources, projects, and client relationships.
• Concept and detailed design for Sustainable Drainage Systems.
• Leading design teams and liaising with Authorities.
• Good working knowledge of Civil 3D for drainage networks.
• Leadership and people management skills.
