Key Responsibilities

Lead Project Delivery:

Manage and deliver rail infrastructure designs from feasibility to detailed design.

Ensure Technical Excellence:

Oversee all design outputs, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Innovate:

Develop creative and practical solutions for complex rail engineering challenges.

Collaborate:

Work closely with multidisciplinary teams - including geotechnical, structural, and environmental specialists - to deliver integrated solutions.

Mentor & Lead:

Guide and support junior engineers, promoting professional growth and technical excellence.

Client Engagement:

Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their objectives are met or exceeded.

Quality Assurance:

Review and approve designs, maintaining high technical standards and accuracy.

What You'll Bring

Education:

Degree in Civil Engineering (Bachelor's or Master's).

Professional Status:

Chartered Engineer (CEng) or working towards it is highly desirable.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years' experience in civil engineering design, with a focus on

rail infrastructure projects

.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of structural analysis, geotechnical principles, and rail design standards. Proficiency with software such as

Autodesk Robot, Idea Statika, or Tedds

(advantageous).

Leadership:

Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver high-quality results.

Problem Solving:

Analytical mindset and ability to handle complex engineering challenges.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to explain technical concepts clearly.

Pay: 80,000.00-110,000.00 per year
