Job Description

An exciting career opportunity in our Integrated CAMHS-Social Care Partnership for Children in Care in Conwy. This is an innovative, one-of-a-kind service with integration at its core. By bringing Social Work and Psychology together in practice, we believe we can achieve more for the children and young people we care for.
