Radiology Physics is part of the expanding Medical Physics and Clinical Engineering Department at EKHUFT, which is raising its profile within the Trust and building connections with other Trusts and Universities.
We are a diverse, vibrant, dynamic department, well-integrated into the Trust and with representation and support at Care Group level. The section provides scientific, technical and regulatory support to a wide range X-ray, ultrasound and laser facilities across the Trust, including Cardiac Catheter Laboratories and the Kent interventional Radiology Centre
Committed to providing a high quality, effective service and are able to offer opportunities for training, career development and progression within a team. Although the post is for a Registered Clinical Scientist with MPE and/or RPA accreditation, applicants who do not currently meet all of the essential criteria may be considered with an adjusted banding and job development plan.

The current team comprises members, including clinical scientists, clinical technologists, associate healthcare scientist, a medical physics radiographer and technical administrator.
