About the Role

We are seeking a

seasoned Functional Lead

to drive the implementation of

Oracle Fusion Cloud Planning

modules -- including

Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Global Order Promising (GOP), and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)

.

The ideal candidate will bring

deep domain expertise in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)

industry, a strong command of

Oracle Cloud SCM Planning

functionalities, and proven experience leading

multi-country rollouts across Europe

.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Implementation

Lead the end-to-end design and configuration of Oracle Fusion SCM Planning modules (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, GOP, S&OP). Conduct fit-gap analysis, prepare functional specifications (BRD, FDD, CWB), and ensure solutions align with CPG-specific business processes. Ensure deliverables meet business objectives, scalability, and compliance requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with business leaders, supply chain operations, and IT teams to define and refine business requirements. Facilitate key project phases including workshops, CRP, SIT, and UAT across European business units. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Integration & Data Migration

Oversee integrations with other Oracle Cloud modules and third-party logistics systems using

OIC

,

REST/SOAP APIs

, and

web services

. Manage

FBDI/ADFDI

-based data migration from legacy ERP systems to Oracle Cloud.

Reporting & Analytics

Design and develop

OTBI

and

BI Publisher

reports for key metrics such as order tracking, fulfillment KPIs, and inventory visibility. Support analytics and performance dashboards for demand forecasting and supply planning.

Leadership & Governance

Lead cross-functional teams, including onshore and offshore consultants, through implementation and post-go-live phases. Provide training, hypercare support, and ensure adoption of best practices. Maintain compliance with

EU regulatory standards

and

CPG industry

requirements.

Must-Have Skills

8+ years

of experience in Oracle Planning modules, with

6+ years

in

Oracle Fusion Cloud

. Proven track record of

at least 3 full-cycle Oracle Cloud Planning implementations

. Strong understanding of

CPG industry processes

-- trade promotions, direct-to-store delivery, and multi-tier distribution. Hands-on experience with

Demand Planning, Supply Planning, GOP, and S&OP

modules. Familiarity with

European tax, logistics, and regulatory frameworks

.

Preferred Qualifications

Oracle Cloud certifications

in Planning or SCM modules. Experience with

ICS/OIC

integrations and

REST/SOAP APIs

. Proficiency in

SQL

,

OTBI

, and

BI Publisher

.

Multilingual

: English required; Dutch or other European languages are a plus. Experience working in

Agile project environments
