The Role





As a Principal Consultant within TritonExec's RPO division, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of executive-level hiring for our clients. You will manage recruitment delivery for assigned business areas, leading searches end-to-end while receiving guidance from the Director - Executive Recruiter.





This role combines strong delivery capability with consultative stakeholder management and candidate engagement. You'll act as a trusted partner to business line leaders, helping to identify, attract, and secure top senior talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate and client experience.




Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from briefing and sourcing to offer negotiation and placement. Partner closely with the Director - Executive Recruiter to understand hiring needs and execute recruitment strategies within assigned business areas. Engage, assess, and influence candidates, ensuring a positive experience aligned with our Client's employer brand. Conduct market mapping and research to identify high-quality candidates through direct sourcing, networking, and referrals. Build relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers, providing regular updates and supporting client calls or meetings as required. Deliver accurate and timely reporting on search progress, pipeline status, and recruitment metrics. Maintain strong data integrity and compliance within recruitment systems. Support process improvements, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and candidate quality. Collaborate with sourcing teams, ensuring alignment of activity with business priorities. Stay current on industry and market trends, competitor activity, and talent movement.



Qualifications

& Skills Required




5-7 years of recruitment experience, ideally within executive search, RPO, or professional services. Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end hiring with minimal supervision. Strong relationship management skills, capable of supporting senior stakeholders confidently. Proven experience in direct sourcing and talent mapping within complex business environments. Experience recruiting for technology, consulting, or digital transformation domains preferred. Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills. High attention to detail and data accuracy within recruitment systems. Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office.



Strong delivery focus with high accountability for results. Demonstrates a consultative and solutions-oriented approach. Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage competing priorities. Collaborative team player who supports shared delivery goals.
