Full-Time (37.5hrs per week)

Remote working and travel:

The post is suitable for hybrid working (a combination of working in the office and at home) subject to agreement. The post will require visits to client premises, conferences and events.

Good road safety programmes are founded on robust evidence and subject to rigorous measurement, that is why research and evaluation are the cornerstone of our work at Agilysis. Working across the fields of road safety, public health and sustainability, we have helped organisations to access relevant insights from scientific literature; discern meaning from primary research; apply appropriate behavioural frameworks to intervention design; and, crucially, undertake detailed evaluation to unlock understanding. Our team specialise in translating complex findings into meaningful insight, providing actionable recommendations and presenting the level of detail clients need to drive continuous improvement.

Job Purpose

Agilysis are looking for the right person to join the Consultancy team and welcome applications from keen individuals with all levels of experience: Consultant, Senior Consultant, or Principal Consultant. You may have previous road safety knowledge, or this may be a new topic to you that is of interest. Either way, if you are curious; have research, evaluation and/or analytical skills; can translate complex information into understandable insights; and want to make a real-word difference, then we would like to hear from you.

The post holder will play an important role in the delivery of a range of high-quality consultancy projects provided by Agilysis Limited. They will also represent Agilysis at meetings, events and conferences using these opportunities to communicate our work and learn from others. At all times, they will work for our clients to ensure they derive maximum benefit in shaping road safety interventions and policies. The more senior roles involve more project management, line management, and client liaison tasks.
