Role - Principal Consultant

Location - London

Modernized Core: Deliver a clean, out-of-the-box ServiceNow instance to harmonize processes, standardize data, and simplify systems Robust Data Architecture: Leverage Workflow Data Fabric, CSDM, and Raptor DB for a scalable, intelligent data model Knowledge of service design in ITSM, ITOM and ITAM. Platform Transformation: Introduce advanced capabilities including Demand, Portfolio, Cost Management, and AI-powered IT Operations (AIOps) AI-First Approach: Pilot Agentic AI and Generative AI to future-proof the platform Simplified Operating Model: Establish Infosys as the single point of accountability across product, services, adoption, and transformation
