? What You'll Be Doing
As a Principal Delivery Lead, you'll be responsible for leading the successful delivery of major software initiatives across multiple teams and business areas.You'll:

  • Oversee complex, cross-team projects from planning through to execution
  • Align delivery outcomes with strategic business goals
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and change across programs
  • Act as a key liaison between engineering, product, architecture, and business stakeholders
  • Champion agile practices and continuous improvement across teams
  • Facilitate backlog management, release coordination, and reporting
  • Coach teams and promote a culture of ownership, collaboration, and delivery excellence
  • Contribute to the long-term strategy for delivery within CAPTG
? What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who:
  • Has 3-5+ years in a senior delivery leadership role, ideally in a scaled agile environment
  • Can confidently engage and influence Director-level stakeholders
  • Understands the difference between doing Agile and being Agile
  • Has experience with Lean Thinking, Systems Thinking, and Agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
  • Brings strong technical acumen and a track record of delivering high-quality software
  • Is a servant leader who empowers teams and fosters a culture of continuous improvement
  • Lives near Manchester or Leeds and is open to occasional on-site collaboration
