Your deep understanding of research methodologies and industry practices will elevate our capabilities and keep us ahead of the competition.What you'll needExtensive design research expertise, including a strong practical understanding of when and how to apply a broad range of research techniques.Able to lead the strategic insight agenda in your domain, designing research studies that help to understand future customer needs, proactively ensuring product management have the right insights to understand customer and commercial opportunities and designers have the right insights to inform their approaches.Strong stakeholder management skills - working closely with various teams to understand business objectives and address their hypotheses with detailed research proposals and plans,Able to identify the most important and relevant insights from research, and confident to convey those in an influential manner.
