Your Contribution

As a Principal Development Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and validation of cutting-edge engineering solutions, driving technical excellence and innovation within our product portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions.




Lead the planning and execution of complex development projects from concept to delivery. Provide technical expertise and guidance across engineering teams, ensuring best practices are followed. Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies, tools, and processes. Oversee validation and testing activities, ensuring products meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align product development with business goals.

Your Experience and Qualifications

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated engineering professional who brings a blend of leadership, technical depth, and collaboration.




A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline; advanced degree desirable. Significant experience in product development and engineering, ideally within the automotive or manufacturing sector. Proven leadership in delivering complex technical projects and mentoring engineering teams. Strong knowledge of design validation, testing, and regulatory compliance processes. Proficiency in engineering tools and software (e.g. CAD, simulation, FMEA, project management tools).
