Foster collaboration and accountability across team members to meet project objectives. Collaborate closely, and in alignment, with the Project Technical Lead to plan, execute, control and monitor optimal project behaviours, activities and outcomes.

Execution & Progress Monitoring:

Oversee project execution, ensuring progress aligns with plans, schedules and budgets. Track and report on project performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Address roadblocks and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, including clients, management and team members. Facilitate regular project updates, meetings and reviews to ensure clear communication. Manage stakeholder expectations, balancing technical and business needs.

Resource Management:

Ensure optimal allocation of resources, including personnel, tools and materials. Coordinate with procurement and external vendors to meet project requirements. Monitor resource usage and adjust plans as needed to achieve project goals.

Project Delivery & Closure:

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on schedule. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and best practices. Archive all relevant project documentation and finalise contracts or agreements.

Project Process Optimisation

Lead process mapping, analysis of current workflows and evaluation of process risk, efficiency and effectiveness. Creation and monitoring of objectives, data and metrics including KPI for process effectiveness. Align potential process optimisation with key stakeholders and conduct reviews pre, during and post implementation. Propose improvements and communicate methodology of implementation through appropriate channels. These improvements may involve, for example, optimisation of existing resources, communication methods and toolchains. Establish a continuous improvement plan for all project management processes aligned with company-level objectives and goals including those set for performance, financial, safety and quality aspects.
