Job Description

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented and excited by the idea of supporting innovative engineering projects from start to finish? We're looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, on time and to a high standard.




What You'll Do





Project Coordination and Team Support:




Organise and facilitate meetings with engineers, contractors and clients; prepare agendas, record minutes and follow up on action items. Assist in the preparation, review and distribution of technical documentation, reports, and project deliverables. Maintain clear and consistent communication across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.




Project Planning and Resource Management:




Support the development of project schedules, resource plans and task assignments in collaboration with engineering leads. Coordinate with procurement teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Support management of project documentation.





Execution and Progress Monitoring:




Monitor project milestones, track progress against timelines and update project management systems accordingly. Identify potential risks, delays or issues and escalate them promptly to the Project Manager. Assist in quality assurance by ensuring deliverables meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.




Continuous Improvement:


Identify opportunities to enhance system performance, reduce costs or improve reliability. Contribute to a learning culture. Contribute to maintaining and improving department and wider company processes and standards such as ISO9001 and ISO14001.

What we are looking for




Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Engineering, Project Management, Business) or equivalent practical experience. Strong organisation and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana). A pro-active approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail. Enthusiasm for learning and developing within a project coordination or engineering environment.
