We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and experienced Principal HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources and Organisational Development service.
This is a key leadership role, providing professional HR/OD services across both corporate functions and schools, while supporting the HR Business Partner Manager.
The postholder will lead and supervise a team of HR Business Partners, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, customer-focused services. Working in partnership with senior managers, headteachers, governors, elected members, and trade unions, you will provide expert advice and support on complex HR/OD matters.
Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees.
The council's Hybrid Working Policy applies to this post. This provides a framework for establishing how you will undertake working hours between your home and the office.
