You will work closely with our client\'s Human Resources and Payroll teams to understand their vision and desired outcomes.

Although you will be working predominantly on projects where Oracle Cloud ERP, EBS or JD Edwards technology is being implemented for clients, you will not be expected to be an expert in the capabilities of the tool but rather your focus will be on you working closely with clients to understand their human resources processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic roadmaps.

Oracle experience is NOT mandatory for this role. The role will suit you, if you have worked on Human Resource transformation projects previously and understand the challenge of embedding transformative changes. You do not necessarily need to have a history of working in a consultancy.

This is an opportunity for you to join one of the leading Oracle Consultancies in Ireland & the UK, and the opportunity for you to further progress in a company that is growing rapidly.

The role will encompass three main areas - you are not expected to have all these criteria as there will be ample opportunity for career development in this role:

Solution Consulting

  • Help our clients define the \xe2\x80\x9cwhy\xe2\x80\x9d of their transformation, defining their strategic goals and vision and the benefits realisation plan.
  • Support our pre-sales teams in producing compelling content that will differentiate our sales content from our competitors.
  • Identify and design business process improvements that will result in great outcomes for our clients.
  • Perform organisation readiness assessments for clients which will help them evaluate the operational approach, leadership messages and communication style that will drive the change management efforts on projects.
Solution Governance

You will:
  • Integrate transformation into our delivery methodology, ensuring that our consultants not only implement software but also serve as enablers of business transformation.
  • Ensure that implementation projects are considering the level of change that organisations are undertaking as part of their projects and that we have the right people and processes in place to address the challenge.
  • Coach and guide our consultants on how to tailor their communication and messaging to embed new processes and tools in our client organisations.
Practice Development

You will:
  • Coach our consultants to take a broad approach to implementations, considering not only the solution definition, but the impacts that the solution may have on the end user\'s jobs and roles.
  • Define our approach to transformation projects including the creation of a change plan, communication plans and driving user adoption through fresh and innovative approaches to training and operational support outside of the system.
  • Investigate tooling, strategy and tactics that may help enable our consultants to become even more effective transformation agents.
  • Demonstrate Thought leadership - Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in finance transformation and Oracle applications. Share your knowledge and insights with clients and internal teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of our service offerings.
Qualifications

Experience of the following is advantageous:
  • A human resources qualification such as CIPD.
  • A history of working in varied industries.
You will:
  • Be an excellent communicator; speak with authority and articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Have a can-do attitude approaching challenges with a positive and proactive mindset.
