We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for the role of Principal Integration Engineer within the Shared Resource Service (SRS). This role offers a unique chance to lead the technical delivery of high-impact infrastructure projects, beginning with the migration of our datacentre provision - a strategically significant programme for the organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of this complex work, collaborating closely with colleagues across SRS to ensure successful delivery. While the role will not initially include line management responsibilities, this is expected to evolve as the programme progresses. The postholder will be expected to step into a leadership position, assuming line management duties as the scope of the role expands.

Candidates should demonstrate:
Proven experience in delivering complex technical infrastructure project

Ability to work across technical teams and manage stakeholder expectations
Experience in mentoring or developing team capabilities
A commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence
