Leading SAP enablement within the Logistics & Inventory management (LIM) function by delivering targeted training and mentoring, assess learner progress and adapting strategies to build capability, support system governance, and drive continuous improvement
Govern daily SAP operations to ensure the Logistics and Inventory Management (LIM) team consistently meets delivery and quality standards and define governance frameworks to ensure logistics strategies are supported
Supporting short term and longer-term LIM projects (Inventory Management) to meet functional changes and improvements
Proactively manage risk by identifying opportunities and mitigation strategies, while applying advanced problem-solving and scenario planning to support programme resilience and decision-making
Supporting inventory management Lead (people management/leading team)
Daily coordination of the team and communication of key updates to executive-level stakeholders
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
Demonstratable experience or a solid understanding of logistics
Experience with SAP, demonstrating the ability to confidently navigate and utilize across various functions
Ability to present data clearly to stakeholders across the business and effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and creatively in dynamic situations
Desirable:

The Inventory Management team:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team to support all programmes by managing inventory, enabling production to build efficiently and effectively. The role offers exposure to a wide range of systems and involves collaborating closely across functions and sites. You'll play a key role in supporting the full end-to-end process--from manufacturing through to build and installation--while driving the governance, optimization, and cross-site training of SAP systems. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
