We are looking for a qualified and experienced planner, who has a strong knowledge of planning policy and Local Plan formulation and ideally has experience of minerals and waste planning policy. The role is varied, and you will be expected to lead on policy work relating to the Waste and Minerals Local Plan, which is undertaken jointly with Brighton & Hove City Council and the South Downs National Park Authority.
We are looking for candidates who:
Are knowledgeable and experienced in town planning and planning policy.
Have project management skills.
Are able to work to deadlines.
Have written and oral communication skills.
Are motivated and flexible, and enjoy working as part of a team.
Have IT skills.
