We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Services Architect to lead the governance of implementation design standards across OneAdvanced's product portfolio. This is a strategic, high-impact role focused on ensuring our delivery models are scalable, efficient, and aligned with best practices.
As the Principal Service Architect, you will be responsible for a subset of products, aligned to our go forward operating categories (Health & Care, Education, Workforce Management, Legal and Finance, Spend and Governance, with responsibility to define and maintain our "Gold" and "Silver" Build standards, guide implementation approaches in line with packaged, prescriptive deployment methods, and work closely with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Value Creation teams to ensure implementation design decisions directly support successful customer outcomes. You will also support our Sales team as appropriate with complex sales proposals. What You Will Do:
Working with our packages team, you will own and evolve service design frameworks and delivery standards across OneAdvanced's portfolio, ensuring they support repeatable, scalable, and customer-centric implementation.
Develop and maintain Gold and Silver Build models for each product category, setting clear standards for configuration, integration, and deployment.
Serve as the subject matter expert and strategic advisor on service and implementation design during customer implementations and product launches.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders -- including Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success -- to align implementation approaches, with platform, security, architecture, and with business objectives and client needs.
Identify opportunities for standardisation and efficiency improvements across delivery teams.
Support the enablement of delivery teams through documentation, coaching, and design review processes.
Stay current with SaaS trends, technologies, and delivery methodologies to ensure architectural decisions reflect industry best practice. What You Will Have:
Significant experience in service design, solution architecture, or a similar lead role within SaaS or technology services.
Deep expertise in cloud-based implementation models and service operations.
Deep Domain knowledge, with expertise in products within our priority product categories
Strong experience defining and implementing scalable delivery frameworks across complex product portfolios.
Ability to balance standardisation with flexibility to meet varying customer and product needs.
Strategic thinking combined with practical execution skills.
Strong influencing and collaboration abilities, particularly in cross-functional environments.
Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to learn and upskill across a range of products to ensure you have suitable knowledge to advise and support cross functional teams
Desirable Qualifications
Experience in multi-product SaaS organisations with varied implementation models.
Experience with one or more OneAdvanced products and/or of one of our key target sectors.
Familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL, TOGAF, or similar.
Minimum 10 years experience in consulting or professional services delivery.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. What We Do For You:
