Ox Mountain Limited (OXMT) was incorporated in the UK in 2015 and has offices in London, Perth & Sydney. Our main SaaS product IronMan, is disrupting the field of asset management with an exciting roadmap ahead, applying machine learning & automation to transform existing maintenance data into value-add insights.

We have a team of high-performing software, machine learning and domain engineers that work collaboratively to innovate and develop our product.

About you

You are an experienced software engineer and architect and are excited by the challenge of being a market disruptor. You are curious, enjoy continuous learning and improvement.

- +7 years as a full stack developer.

- Demonstrated success in leading product development and architecture design

- Proven capabilities in scaling and running production systems

- Able to provide broad and detailed technical development support.

- Proficient with the following technologies: Python, Java, Spring, JavaScript, Vue, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, cloud computing (AWS, Azure), Terraform, ML, GitHub actions, Jenkins, Linux.

Responsibilities

The role reports to the Engineering Manager but also engages regularly with the CEO.

- Ownership of the technical roadmap, considering the product roadmap to achieve business objectives.

- Manage solution architecture and APIs.

- Deliver software engineering as required, especially for prototyping.

- Inspire and mentor polyglot and highly motivated on-site team of developers.

- Lead R&D and tech debt work involving supporting team members.

- Lead the sprint retrospective routines.

- Investigate and adopt new technologies, tools, and processes to enhance the company's products and solution delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 80,000.00-95,000.00 per year
