Future Project Types



Selected consultants from our talent pool will lead technical architecture and delivery of large-scale systems in the government and public sector. Projects typically involve:

Leading technical architecture for major 6-12 month engagements valued at 500K-2M+ each Designing distributed systems serving millions of users with government-grade security requirements Architecting cloud migrations for sensitive data and legacy system modernisation Building real-time platforms that support essential public services Ensuring compliance with government security standards and regulatory requirements

Technical Leadership Experience



8+ years architecting mission-critical systems at enterprise scale Experience with distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and security frameworks Track record of leading technical teams in complex, regulated environments Demonstrated ability to present technical solutions to C-suite and senior stakeholders

Professional Background



Senior technical leadership experience (Principal, Staff, Distinguished Engineer level preferred) Background in technology companies, government, financial services, healthcare technology, or similar regulated industries Experience with large-scale system implementations, migrations, and modernization projects Understanding of stringent security, compliance, and regulatory requirements

Preferred Qualifications



Security clearance eligibility (UK citizenship or established right to work) Experience in government, public sector, or heavily regulated industries Open source contributions or recognised technical thought leadership Advanced degrees in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical fields
