About the Role
Westerfield College, UK is seeking an experienced Principal to lead our newly established Worcester campus. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven ability to manage, inspire, and drive academic excellence in a sixth form College. They will be responsible for overseeing the administration, curriculum development, and overall strategic direction of the college.
Key duties and responsibilities
Provide strong leadership and strategic direction for the college.
Ensure compliance with UK education regulations and oversight bodies.
Foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment for international students.
Manage academic programs, faculty, and administrative operations.
Lead student recruitment efforts, working with marketing and admissions teams.
Establish partnerships with universities and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Significant experience as a school leader in a sixth form college or administrator in the UK.
Proven ability to lead and manage diverse student populations.
Strong engagement with UK education oversight bodies.
Expertise in curriculum development and quality assurance.
