Summary
We are seeking a Finisher/Trainee finisher to join our dynamic team at Exilco Ltd. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards before they reach our customers. The Finisher will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations. This position will begin with a 3-month probationary period, with the opportunity for permanent employment based on performance.
Responsibilities
Prepare and finish products according to specifications and quality standards.
Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembling and fabricating components.
Perform heavy lifting as required during the finishing process.
Ensure all finished products are properly labeled and packaged for delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
Requirements
Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred but not essential. Training will be given.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and power tools effectively.
Ability to lift heavy items safely and efficiently.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control during the finishing process.
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
