The Role
We are looking for a
Print Operative
to join our busy production team. You'll be responsible for operating
DTF (Direct-to-Film) printers
and
heat presses
to produce customised garments. You will also manage your daily workload to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Operating
DTF printers
and ensuring they are maintained and cleaned regularly
Preparing transfers and pressing garments using
heat presses
Managing and prioritising daily print workloads to meet deadlines
Quality-checking prints and garments to ensure accuracy and finish
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Assisting with other production tasks where required
Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 year experience
in garment printing (DTF, vinyl, or screen printing)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to manage workload and work to deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential
Reliable, proactive, and a good team player
