Join Our Creative Production Team as a Print Operative

At Lyver Design & Development, we've built over 25 years of success in the gift and souvenir industry by combining creativity, efficiency, and a strong sense of teamwork. We're proud to supply a wide range of bespoke products--including T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, coasters and more--to both local and international customers.

We're currently looking for a practical, detail-focused Print Operative to join our production team. You'll be part of a small but supportive group, working together to meet daily printing targets and produce high-quality products.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on, creative work and is keen to build a long-term career. We're committed to promoting from within, so if you're hardworking and capable, there will be genuine opportunities for progression.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently producing high-quality printed products using a range of printing methods Using Adobe InDesign to prepare artwork for print Operating sublimation printers and both small and large format heat presses Organising and storing blank (unprinted) stock Supporting the team to meet daily production targets
What We're Looking For:

Punctual with strong time management A positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Works efficiently with a focus on consistency and quality
Essential Qualifications & Experience:

GCSE Grade C / 4 or above in Maths and English Fully computer literate Confident using Microsoft Excel Experience using Adobe InDesign or similar print/design software
Desirable (But Not Essential):

Experience working with Shopify Previous experience in a print production or similar role
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,000.00-25,000.00 per year
