Job Description

This position is perfect for an individual with plenty of customer service experience, who is highly energetic and motivated with a can-do attitude.

The ideal candidate will have some experience of working in a print room, however, training will be given on our products, printers, and processes. You'll be working directly with our clients, so you'll need to be able to communicate clearly and work under pressure in a very versatile environment with an amazing and supportive team.

Your main duties will be:

Dealing with walk-in customers, taking on orders and collaborating with colleagues, ensuring that orders are completed, and deadlines are met; Print jobs such as photocopying, A4 - A3 printing, flyers, and business card printing, booklet making, guillotining, large format printing - posters, banners, mounting. Print finishing - wire binding, saddle stitching, creasing & folding; Maintaining records for all jobs/services and liaising with the other team members, as appropriate, to ensure that work is documented, and invoices are issued promptly.

Required Skills

Excellent communicator with good presentation skills and the confidence to explain and make yourself understood; A flexible approach when working in a team; Able to manage multiple projects at once, extremely organised - pro-active and keen problem-solving skills; Patience, good at working under pressure. Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at a time; accuracy and attention to detail; being open to feedback and willing to make changes.

We're looking for someone who will want to grow and progress along with us. The hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,000.00 per year
