What You'll Do
Supervise the day-to-day running of the print department, ensuring smooth workflows and on-time delivery.
Lead, support, and develop a team of printers and trainees -- driving performance and engagement.
Oversee print quality, colour matching, plate mounting, and production standards.
Manage ink ordering, mixing, and inventory control.
Conduct quality checks, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with company quality and safety systems.
Promote a clean, organized, and safe working environment ("Clean as You Go").
Foster collaboration across teams -- including planning, finishing, and maintenance -- to meet production goals.
Step in when needed to support press operations or cover shifts.
What You Bring
5+ years
of hands-on flexographic printing experience
Proven experience leading or supervising a print team in a manufacturing or production setting.
Strong knowledge of colour management, press setup, and ink systems.
Understanding of quality assurance processes and documentation in print production.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
