Allwag Promotions are looking for a enthusiastic and methodical Print and Embroidery Production Co-ordinator, based in our Warehouse in Witham Essex.

With an eye for detail you will work with our Warehouse team to support our Account Managers. The role is both varied and fast paced to achieve our customers tight deadlines to ensure our orders are produced and branded correctly on time, every time, no matter how short!

We are looking for someone that is highly skilled and reliable with excellent attention to detail and a passion for accuracy. You need to be able to juggle various aspects at the same time as the volume can be high and you need to be adaptable to work with both print and embroidery machinery. Previous experience of using a 6 or 8 head embroidery machine is required.

You will be responsible for creating branded merchandise ranges including trialling new products and garments and must have high levels quality control to ensure each order is delivered as required and tackle any challenges or problems that occur along the way.

Your main responsibilities are to:

Set up, run, and maintain multi-head embroidery machines Frame and load garments and fabrics for embroidery Interpret and work from embroidery design files (DST, EMB, etc.) Carry out thread changes, tension adjustments, and routine machine care Inspect finished garments to ensure quality standards are met or/and make necessary adjustments Print Dtf transfers and use Heat Press to adhere to garments Check and pack all orders, ready for despatch Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organised workspace in compliance with safety regulations. Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance as needed. Follow all manufacturing processes and guidelines to ensure product consistency. Support the Warehouse team in meeting daily targets and deadlines for collations and fullfilment Adhere to all aspects of quality management to manage both print and embroiidery processes effectively
Passion for learning is vital to this role to be able to brandthe right products based on client needs and branding guidelines. Full training is given.

Working hours: 8.30a.m. to 5.30p.m. Monday to Friday
