Framing Art

is a well-established bespoke picture framing and fine art printing business, proudly operating since 2010. We are now looking to add a new team member to our

Johnstone branch

.

This role is based in our customer-facing workshop, where we assist clients with bespoke framing and printing orders. The branch is also home to our latest professional printing equipment, including the

Epson P9500.

Hours

14-21 hours per week

Flexible working patterns available

We are happy to accommodate school hours where required

The Role

This is a varied, hands-on position combining customer service, fine art printing, and picture framing. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Printing duties may include:

Using Adobe Photoshop and InDesign Large-format printing Retouching, resizing, and image preparation General maintenance and care of printing equipment

Framing duties may include:

Frame fitting Artwork assembly Assisting the workshop manager with day-to-day tasks Assisting customers with the design and ordering process Managing customer deadlines and expectations
About You

The successful candidate will:

Have a strong eye for detail Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment Have previous retail or customer service experience Be enthusiastic and keen to learn new skills

Desirable but not essential:

Experience using Adobe Photoshop Experience in picture framing or a similar industry
