Priority Vehicle Progressor

to join our growing team, ensuring that all vehicles are prepped, ready, and delivered to the highest standards.

As a Priority Vehicle Progressor at Carbase, you will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles meet our high-quality standards. You'll take ownership of vehicle progression across various stages - from arrival to final preparation - while coordinating with Sales and other departments to meet delivery targets. This role is key to maintaining smooth operations within our preparation centre and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:



Vehicle Progression

: Take ownership of vehicles from arrival through preparation stages, ensuring they are fully prepped and ready for sale or delivery.

Prioritisation

: Manage and prioritise the preparation of sold vehicles, ensuring these vehicles are fast-tracked for delivery in line with customer expectations.

Coordination

: Work closely with other departments, such as mechanical, bodyshop, and logistics teams, to ensure vehicles are processed and delivered in a timely manner.

Problem-Solving

: Address any issues or delays in the preparation process, ensuring that vehicles are prepared on time and to the required standards.

Reporting

: Maintain clear records of vehicle progress, issues encountered, and resolutions. Provide updates to the Preparation Centre Manager on a regular basis.

Person Specification:



Experience

: At least 3-5 years of experience in vehicle preparation or automotive operations

Attention to Detail

: Strong focus on quality control to ensure vehicles meet all preparation standards.

Problem

-Solving

: Excellent organisational skills and ability to resolve issues quickly to maintain vehicle preparation timelines.

Communication Skills

: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.

Technical Knowledge

: Basic mechanical knowledge and experience in vehicle preparation processes is preferred.

Driver's Licence

: A full UK driving licence is required.
