Job Purpose
The post holder will provide an effective and efficient canteen (tuck shop style) service to the prisoner population, adhering to strict guidelines and deadlines, accurately processing and bagging individual orders in preparation for delivery to residential areas. This role will have prisoner contact.
Responsibilities
Prepare and check Canteen sheets for accuracy and process orders through an electronic point of sale system.

Process prisoner related financial transactions via PR2 for wage payments, sundry purchases, phone credit and canteen purchases.

Carrying out weekly stock counts, ensuring that stock systems balance.

The post holder will be required to undertake manual handling duties on a daily basis, in a warehouse type vicinity.

Any other additional duties as required.
